Le Schuylkill, at 19 Boulevard de Suisse on the site of the Villa Soleil, was completed in 1970: a modernist tower of 25 storeys and 78 metres. In May 2023 the Conseil communal approved a full rebuild by Zaha Hadid Architects, turning its mix of offices and flats into 142 apartments behind an entirely new façade, with completion planned for 2028.
