The Hôtel Hermitage was built from 1890 and opened in 1896, a Belle Époque palace designed by Jean Marquet; its winter garden is crowned by a glass cupola attributed to Gustave Eiffel. It is run by the Société des Bains de Mer and is a member of The Leading Hotels of the World, with a direct link to the Thermes Marins spa. Its restaurants include Yannick Alléno's Pavyllon and L'Abysse, and the Limùn bar in the lobby.
