Blue Bay is Marcel Ravin's restaurant at the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel on the Larvotto peninsula, with a terrace over the sea. Ravin cooks the Martinique of his childhood and his grandmother's kitchen – calalou, blaff, the 'next-day bread' – with Piedmontese poultry and veal, Mediterranean fish and vegetables from the restaurant's own garden, and pastry chef Floriane Grand closes with fruit and spice.
