Testimonio II, at 68 Boulevard d'Italie, is a mixed complex designed by Arquitectonica with Alexandre Giraldi, built from 2017 and handed over in 2024 after a government tender settled in 2015. Two slender towers of 27 and 30 storeys, the Elsa and the Reseda, hold some 350 state-regulated apartments above a podium with the private Bay House residences, the new International School of Monaco, a 50-place kindergarten and a car park of more than 1,100 spaces.
