The wine cellars under the Hôtel de Paris have kept the SBM's wines for about a hundred and fifty years: some 1,500 m² holding more than 300,000 bottles and 11,000 references, from Champagne, the Loire, Bordeaux, Burgundy and the Rhône valley.
A head sommelier leads visits before dinner in one of the resort's restaurants, and the cellars can be booked for tastings and private dinners.
