Robuchon Monaco looks over Boulevard du Larvotto and the Japanese Garden from the Esplanade du Portier, its dark front opening onto a rattan terrace and an intimate room of green banquettes and marble floors. The menu is classic French with Mediterranean touches – amberjack carpaccio with citrus, salt-crusted sea bass, Rossini beef with Périgueux sauce – and every main course comes with the signature mashed potato. Under chef Jonathan Larrieu it won its first Michelin star in the 2026 guide; €€€€.
