Palais de la Plage stands on Avenue Princesse Grace, in Larvotto. It was completed in 2021 to designs by L'Archi-tecte and Suzanne Belaieff, developed by J.B. Pastor & Fils. It has 16 levels, is contemporary in style and holds apartments and shops. Suzanne Belaieff and L'Archi-tecte won the competition, validated by the Conseil communal in January 2016; it replaced the Palais de la Plage of 1931, the last old building on the Larvotto seafront, whose demolition in February 2015 caused a public row.
