Houston stands at 7 Avenue Princesse Grace, in Larvotto. It was completed in 1983 to designs by Joseph Iori, developed by Groupe Pastor. It has 18 levels, is Modernist in style and holds apartments and shops. Joseph Iori drew the plans in 1977 and the works ended in the early 1980s; the Houston Palace shares a shopping base and the same terraces with its neighbour, the Columbia Palace, and replaced three old villas, Anno, Camargo and Strafforely.
