Rue Princesse-Caroline is the pedestrian street of La Condamine, a line of terraces between the port and the market: Italian brasseries such as La Bella Vita at its foot, burgers, salads, bubble tea and cafés, under a dozen apartment buildings. A pavilion at no. 22 is on the State's list of remarkable buildings.
