Buddha-Bar Monte-Carlo fills the former Cabaret de Monte-Carlo, an entertainment hall at the heart of the Casino in the early 1900s: ceilings of about seven metres, carved wood, stucco, gilding and a giant meditating Buddha. The menu is Asian – Thai and Japanese dishes, fish, finger food and plates to share – with a DJ, two open-air terraces and an upstairs restaurant; it opens Tuesday to Saturday, from 6 pm to 2 am.
