Zeffirino pays tribute to the Genoese chef Zeffirino Belloni, who made Ligurian pesto famous with American high society. On the lively terraces of Rue du Portier, the room is retro Italian – banquettes, cane chairs, almond-green walls – around a central kitchen with its own fresh-pasta station.
