Athena bât A stands at 25 Avenue Crovetto-Frères, in Jardin Exotique. It was completed in 2009 to designs by Chérif Jahlan, for the State. It has 14 levels, is contemporary in style and holds apartments and shops. The Athena scheme, three buildings delivered in 2008–09, replaced industrial premises with State housing and shops.
