About the street

Avenue Mareterra is the pedestrian spine of Mareterra, the six hectares won from the sea and opened in December 2024: the SBM's British-accented Marlow, a sushi bar, cake shop and boutiques at the foot of the new residences, and the pine park of La Pinède & La Vallée.
