The house
The Fouquet's stands where the Champs-Élysées meets the avenue George-V, behind the red awnings of the brasserie Louis Fouquet opened in 1898 – a dining room now on the supplementary list of historic monuments.
The hotel itself opened in 2006, the architect Édouard François unifying the buildings around it with his 'moulded-and-pierced' façade, the interiors by Jacques Garcia.
It received its fifth star in 2009 and was named a Palace in June 2026.
Le Joy restaurant opens onto the inner garden; in summer the Marta bar climbs to the roof.
