The house
Cheval Blanc Paris occupies the Sauvage building of La Samaritaine on the quays of the Seine, facing the Île de la Cité and the Conciergerie.
After sixteen years of work on the former department store, it opened on 7 September 2021, the building by Édouard François and the interiors by Peter Marino.
Its 72 rooms and suites range from 45 to 1,000 square metres; there is a 30-metre pool and the first Dior spa.
Plénitude is the gastronomic restaurant; Le Tout-Paris, on the top floor, opens onto a 650-square-metre terrace. The hotel joined France's Palaces in 2026.
