The house
Les Prés d'Eugénie is a country palace at Eugénie-les-Bains, in the Landes – gardens of herbs and old roses, and a spa, La Ferme Thermale, fed by hot springs.
Its restaurant, which bears Michel Guérard's name, holds three Michelin stars; L'Orangerie and La Ferme aux Grives are its other tables.
The estate also keeps a cookery school, and the house holds the Palace distinction, with 45 rooms (Atout France).
